Bistro Entrances



Chef Rob Stauch began his career in Restaurants at the age of fourteen. He began cooking his way through college and graduated from Cleveland State University in 1994 with a B.B.A.. After graduating Chef Stauch continued cooking and decided to move to Arizona. In Arizona Chef Stuach graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 1999. During the time he was in school Chef Stauch was fortunate enough to work at one of the area's top French Restaurants. This is where his love for French food and it's technique really took hold. Moving back to Cleveland in 2001, Chef Stauch worked for a well known Seafood establishment where he quickly became a Sous Chef. Chef Stauch has married these two great experiences plus a few others to become the Chef he is today. Going on twenty years in a Professional kitchen, has taught him what to do and what not to do. At the 2182 Bistro & Wine Bar you can expect some French Bistro Classics with a few twist and turns. Chef Stauch always use ingredients that are in season, fresh and prepared a la minute with great care and respect. Come and enjoy one of the best meals of your life.
